Eve, the Dietitian

Eve Pearson Rodgers, managing owner of Nutriworks Comprehensive Nutrition Consulting, is a diversely experienced sports nutrition consultant well-regarded throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Metroplex. A frequently requested speaker, Eve is a Registered Dietitian (RD), Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD), Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT), and nutrition counselor. In her private practice, Eve specializes in sports nutrition, wellness, and fitness. She currently consults for Major League Soccer’s FC Dallas, Leukemia Society’s Team in Training Programs in DFW, YMCA Downtown Dallas, and Michael Johnson Performance Center.

A native of Texas, Eve has resided in the DFW Metroplex since 1999. She began her private practice, Nutriworks, in 2004. Nutriworks has seen phenomenal growth over the years because there was a vast need in the DFW community. Nutriworks has three office locations now in Dallas, Fort Worth and Keller.

A former collegiate cheerleader, Eve also competed as a triathlete for five years and continues to compete as a marathoner.  She completed Ironman Brazil in 2006 successfully. She would like to earn her black back in Tae Kwon Do next!

Eve earned a bachelor of science degree in Coordinated Dietetics from Texas Christian University. She is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Texas degree to enhance her private practice, after which she will proceed on for a PhD in Exercise Physiology or Sports Nutrition. Eve currently serves on the Executive Board of the Dallas Dietetic Association, as well as its Speaker’s Bureau. She is a member of numerous professional organizations including: the American Dietetic Association (ADA); Sports, Cardiovascular, and Wellness Nutritionists (SCAN); Nutrition Entrepreneurs (NE); and National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

Eve’s unique life experiences and diverse client base allows her to offer her clients a customized approach to nutrition through client education, menu planning, goal assessment, recommendations and application of techniques. She instructs and motivates both recreational and seasoned athletes from their training through their competition day and helps clients effectively reach a healthy weight and body fat composition through nutrition.

On a personal note, Eve truly loves her job and the rewards it brings. She provides the resources so her clients and accomplish anything they’re ready to. Although building her practice is where she spends most of her “extra” time these days, Eve enjoys running, camping, scrapbooking, and mountain biking when she gets a break.
