Vicki is a mom and wife who
became concerned about her overall health. When Vicki cam in, she
was determined to get back on track in regards to her nutrition and
exercise in order to improve her blood glucose, cholesterol, and
promote weight loss.
A nutrition plan was developed
for Vicki, and she was referred to a personal trainer to get her
started on new workout routine. We also developed a set of
guidelines to follow when dining out so that she could make the best
decisions and continue to stay within the nutrition plan we set
forth.
After 3 months of maintaining
her nutrition and exercise plan, Vicki is well on her way to
achieving her goals. She has lost 16 lbs., 8 inches, and her doctor
reported improved cholesterol and blood glucose! Vicki has more
energy and is determined to continue on the path to overall
wellness.
