Sheila

Goal: Reach my ideal weight

Goal Reached!

Sheila is a mom, a wife, works full time and still makes time for her well-being through proper nutrition and exercise. When Sheila came in she had tried several times to lose body fat but was unsuccessful long-term. A little skeptical (after her husband came in and recommended that she see Eve), she showed up for her first appointment.
We established a nutrition plan for Sheila to follow and she was on her way. After a few weeks, she and her husband realized it might be more beneficial to invest in menu planning for variety for the family and to ensure she was implementing correctly.

Sheila menu planned for several months, got down to her ideal body weight and feels great! Most importantly, she has maintained it over a year!

How long have you/did you work with Eve?
I spent about 1 year working with Eve.

What are the most noted results you have experienced?
It took a long time to see the numbers on the scale drop, but I could definitely see the results in the way that my clothes were fitting. I was training for my first half marathon while working with Eve on my nutrition plan and everything really ended up pulling together really well. I’ve recently taken 2 summer vacations and have not gained any weight on either of them because I’ve learned how to eat properly even while traveling. It’s now all about “choices” that I make.

What was the most valuable information you took from working with Eve?
I learned that investing time into preparing my meals is totally worth the time and effort. I no longer purchase all of the prepared foods that are the fastest route to a meal and are so high in fat and calories. Eve also provided guidance for alternative ingredients to lower fat/calories in my meals—but they are so delicious. Meal planning is now an enjoyable part of my weekly routine.

Would you use the service again?
I would absolutely use Eve’s services again. She is very involved throughout your entire partnership with her.

I loved getting Eve’s meal plans and shopping list every week—and words of encouragement were never too far or few in between. You really do get a “partnership” experience with Eve. She will never leave you feeling like you’re going through this alone or without support or guidance.
