"We have worked with Eve since November 2008 and bring her back every season. In many ways, our athletes are learning how important good and healthy foods
help them to perform better and recover faster from training and games. Also, all parents are extremely happy to meet Eve and many are changing their bad eating
habits to a better eating process. I have seen wonderful results including good energy, happy kids, performance improvements and recovering after matches. We can also see our girls getting in better (body) shape;
it is clear how they are changing for good.
Families are impressed with all the details about eating process, time frame and what to eat. They are also very pleased with her help with on what to buy in the grocery store
and how all members of their families benefit from the information she gives. Most of the athletes are learning what to eat during tournaments and training, but they are also
rebuilding a new and right way to eat in all aspects. I have athletes that are following exactly what Eve recommended for morning, afternoon, before practice, during practice,
after practice, what to eat at school, and at restaurants. We can really see these athletes improving in all aspects."
