Lunch and Learn

Lunch and learn sessions can last 30 minutes or 1 hour and the organization usually provides a healthy brown bag lunch.  Or, the group can do a healthy pot luck.

Price

The rate will be given on an individual basis after you send in your speaker request form. 

We graciously donate our time every season to conduct the sports nutrition clinics for all Dallas and Fort Worth Area Team in Training groups.  All other nutrition clinics are subject to the cost agreed upon.
