New Clients
All clients must go through a new client consultation. In your first session you will discuss what other programs would be best for your lifestyle.
Investment: $150-$200

75-90 minutes

Your first nutrition session will include a thorough assessment of body composition, current exercise habits, supplement intake and a food intake analysis.  This is why it is very important that you complete the forms listed below and get back to her 48 hours before your first session.

Body Composition Analysis - Body fat composition using calipers and/or bioelectrical impedance, weight, circumference measurements, and calculated fat and nonfat mass.  We will also set up goals around where these numbers should be realistically.

Current Exercise/Training Habits - If you're currently training with a coach or local group, we will need the times of day that you train, the intensity, and the length of each training session.  If you are not currently in a training program, we will make exercise recommendations to accommodate your stated goal(s).

Supplement Intake - We will check to see if the current supplements you are taking have been approved by Consumer Labs and U.S. Pharmacopoeia. We will recommend any changes, additions, or deletions that should be made according to your stated goal(s).

Food Intake Analysis - This will allow you to see how your current nutrition habits compare to those recommended in the first session. It will include: total calories, carbohydrate, fat, saturated fat protein, fiber, and sodium.

After this session, you will receive an electronic copy of all recommendations made during the session and you will have notes that you take in the session.

Paperwork needed: New Client Info (3 sheets in Excel to email back) OR New Client Info - client history (.pdf), food recall (.pdf), favorite foods (.pdf); client consent form.  Fax or email prior to first session.

 

The following are other programs we offer.  Think about which one would benefit you most to discuss in your first session.

Nutrition Consultation
55 minutes

Each nutrition consultation will build off of the previous one.  As stated above, every first session will include an assessment of body composition, realistic goal setting and daily nutrition needs with calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins.  It is up to the individual to implement the recommendations.  This 55 minute consultation is ideal for an individual wishing to cover the topics included in the comprehensive nutritional assessment described next, but break them up.

Follow-Up Consultation
25 minutes

Follow up sessions are highly recommended for tracking progress to ensure the goal(s) are being met and to make adjustments to requirements as needed.  Each follow up session is tailored to the individuals needs.

Menu Plan (Non-Athlete)
(must have nutrition consultation prior to beginning)

Active Individuals: Don’t like to think after a long day at work?  Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks planned for you based on your caloric needs and exercise habits while keeping your busy schedule in mind.  For those of you who enjoy cooking, recipes will be provided.  If you eat out regularly, this will also be planned for you with your goals in mind.  The regular session is needed to learn as much as possible about you and your lifestyle so the menu plan can be personalized and doable, as well as take the assessment.

Comprehensive Nutrition Assessment
(8-10 weeks)

Includes:
Body Composition Analysis
Resting Metabolic Rate Testing (with BodyGem® technology) and Calculation of Calorie Needs
Current Food Intake Analysis
3 day menu plan for recommended calorie needs
4 Sessions of Private Nutrition Counseling (sessions are tailored for individual needs)
     Session 1 - Assessment and General Recommendations
     Session 2 - Daily Nutrition Needs
     Session 3 - Grocery Store Tour
     Session 4 - This session will be used for what is needed at this time (restaurant eating, sports nutrition, etc.)

eNutriCoaching
(monthly)

Do you need some direction on how to make nutrition work for you!?  There is no easy way out of eating properly to fuel your body for daily activities or exercise, or to prevent many diseases.  eNutriCoaching is designed for the busy individual that just needs a little direction, motivation, and accountability. 

Initial consultation includes:
 - Phone or In-person consultation & discussion
 - Current food intake analysis
 - Customized exercise and dietary recommendations
 - Target Weight Recommendations
Client interaction takes place via email, chat room and/or telephone (if necessary) and will include feedback on current intake and exercise habits, brainstorming to overcome roadblocks to attaining goals, and support and motivation to let nutrition fit in your hectic life.

Resting Metabolic Rate Test w/BodyGem®
$75

The test will last about 10 minutes and measures YOUR resting metabolic rate by oxygen/carbon dioxide consumption ratio.  This is the amount of calories you burn in a resting state.  Knowing this number of calories is crucial in reaching your fitness/race goals.  You can then plan your daily food intake around this and your training schedule for the week to reach optimal performance.  Must be 18 years old to take this test.
NOTE:  In order to take this test, you must be overnight fasted (please do not eat past midnight), without exercise for 24 hours and without drinking alcoholic beverages within 48 hours prior.  Please keep this in mind when scheduling an appointment.
