Remember:  Nutrition and Exercise are very individualized.  If there is something that isn't on this list, or if you'd like to build your own package, please contact me.  Don't wait, ask questions!  Hourly sessions and follow-up sessions are available and are strongly encouraged when entering into a new season or when your goals change.


Comprehensive Nutritional Assessment: $349

Includes:
 - Body Composition Analysis (see below for details)
 - Resting Metabolic Rate Testing and Calculation of Calorie Needs
 - Current Food Intake Analysis
 - 4 Hours of Private Nutrition Counseling (Sessions are tailored for individual needs)
 - Customized Dietary & Exercise Recommendations


Resting Metabolism Test: $49

The test will last about 10 minutes and will indirectly measure YOUR resting metabolic rate by oxygen/carbon dioxide consumption ratio.  This is the amount of calories you burn in a resting state.  Knowing this number of calories is crucial in reaching your fitness/race goals.  You can then plan your daily food intake around this and your exercise schedule for the week to reach optimal performance.


Menu Planning: $149 OR $199/month  (plus one regular session @ $80)

Active Individuals: Don’t like to think after a long day at work?  Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks planned for you based on your caloric needs and exercise habits while keeping your busy schedule in mind.  For those of you who enjoy cooking, recipes will be provided.  The regular session is needed to learn as much as possible about you and your lifestyle so the menu plan can be personalized and doable. ($149)

Athletes: This package includes weekly menus derived from your training schedule (usually provided by your coach) to meet daily caloric needs and enhance sports performance.  Weekly communication will also be necessary for altering menu plans if needed.  Sports covered: triathlon, running, cycling, motocross, basketball, dance, cheerleading, rowing, and football. ($199)


eNutriCoaching: $25.00/month (plus one initial setup fee of $80.00)
Minimum 1 month commitment for optimal results
Discounts available to 3 and 6 month commitments

Do you need some direction on how to make nutrition work for you!?  There is no easy way out of eating properly to fuel your body for daily activities or exercise, or to prevent many diseases.  eNutriCoaching is designed for the busy individual that just needs a little direction, motivation, and accountability. 

$80.00 Initial consultation includes:
 - Phone or In-person consultation & discussion
 - Current food intake analysis
 - Customized exercise and dietary recommendations
 - Sample customized menu plan based on calorie need and expenditure
 - Target Weight Recommendations
Client interaction takes place via email, chat room and/or telephone (if necessary) and will include feedback on current intake and exercise habits, brainstorming to overcome roadblocks to attaining goals,  and support and motivation to let nutrition fit in your hectic life.


Body Composition Analysis: $25.00

Includes:
 - Resting Metabolic Rate Calculations
 - Percent Body Fat and Lean Body Mass Measurements
 - Circumference Measurements
 - Target Weight Recommendations
 - Resting Metabolic Rate and Calorie Needs calculation based off age, height, and weight
 


Personal Training:

Are you trying to drop some pounds, improve your triathlon time, or just get back into shape?  Working with a trainer can help you maximize your efforts and see results faster!  Eve is certified with National Academy of Sports Medicine and locally with The Cooper Institute of Dallas.  Personal Training is what you make of it.  For some people, it's accountability; for others, it's learning the correct form to prevent injury.  Sometimes it's just a good kick in the butt!  Personal Training is more beneficial when used collectively over a short period of time.  This is the reason training sessions are offered over a monthly basis rather than a per session basis.  It will benefit you moreover the long run!  So, what are you waiting on?!

One person training:
2 training sessions each week   $360.00/month ($45.00/session)
3 training sessions each week   $540.00/month ($45.00/session)

Two person training:
2 training sessions each week   $640.00/month ($40.00/session/person)
3 training sessions each week   $960.00/month ($40.00/session/person)


Individual Sessions                       $50.00/session
