and are strongly encouraged when entering into a new season or when

Resting Metabolism Test: $49
The test will last about 10 minutes and will indirectly measure YOUR resting
metabolic rate by oxygen/carbon dioxide consumption ratio. This is the
amount of calories you burn in a resting state. Knowing this number of
calories is crucial in reaching your fitness/race goals. You can then
plan your daily food intake around this and your exercise schedule for the week
to reach optimal performance.
Menu Planning: $149 OR $199/month (plus one
regular session @ $80)
Active Individuals: Don’t like to think after
a long day at work? Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks planned for
you based on your caloric needs and exercise habits while keeping your busy
schedule in mind. For those of you who enjoy cooking, recipes will be
provided. The regular session is needed to learn as much as possible
about you and your lifestyle so the menu plan can be personalized and
doable. ($149)
Athletes: This package includes weekly menus derived
from your training schedule (usually provided by your coach) to meet daily
caloric needs and enhance sports performance. Weekly communication
will also be necessary for altering menu plans if needed. Sports
covered: triathlon, running, cycling, motocross, basketball, dance,
cheerleading, rowing, and football. ($199)
eNutriCoaching: $25.00/month (plus one initial setup fee of $80.00)
Minimum 1 month commitment for optimal results

Client interaction takes place via email, chat room and/or
telephone (if necessary) and will include feedback on current intake and exercise
habits, brainstorming to overcome roadblocks to attaining goals,
and support and motivation to let nutrition fit in your hectic life.

is certified with National Academy of Sports Medicine and locally with
The Cooper Institute of Dallas. Personal Training is what you make of it.
For some people, it's accountability; for others, it's learning the correct
form to prevent injury. Sometimes it's just a good kick in the butt!
Personal Training is more beneficial when used collectively over a short
period of time. This is the reason training sessions are offered over
a monthly basis rather than a per session basis. It will benefit you
